We have partnerships all over the world that come together to create that intense mouthful of gelato. Our pistachios come from Sicily while our milk comes from a local dairy down the road.

Our great-grandparents came to the U.S. from Italy with a dream of establishing a new life. Luigi Iorio built apartments and houses up and down the east coast and became the "orginal" Iorio entrepreneur.
Inspired by their Italian great-grandparents, siblings Mary and Nick started Iorio’s Gelato to celebrate & share their family’s Italian heritage. Founded in 2004, Iorio’s Gelato makes artisan gelato, using authentic, natural ingredients, providing a modern product and experience rooted in Italian tradition. Their flavors include traditional Italian pistachio, stracciatella, nocciola, and innovative flavor combinations such as banana caramel praline and pomegranate champagne sorbetto.
